One On One
Each month we will schedule two 90 minute session. We will dig into the issues you see and assess all those you may not. I am going to walk you through the processes and procedures to remedy these issues for good and arm you with the thought processes and coaching that you need to possess to leader your company far into the future. Even though we will develop solutions together, I believe in teaching you how to assess, analyze, strategize and implement these solutions on your own. I want you to be able to follow the process even without me in the future so that you can problem proof you organization for generations to come. I'm not saying you will never encounter issues in the future but you will be armed with the knowledge of how to calmly assess, analyze, strategize and implement solid solutions before they become problems. This is about teaching you to fish, not about handing a fish!
